Help keep our neighbors warm this season! The Cedar Key Food Pantry is collecting new and gently used coats, jackets, and hoodies during November 2026. Drop off your donations at the Welcome Center at 450 2nd St.

As temperatures drop along the island, keeping everyone in our community warm becomes a top priority. This November 2026, the Cedar Key Food Pantry is hosting its annual "Share the Warmth" Coat Drive to collect outerwear for neighbors in need.

Whether you have a winter coat tucked away that your family has outgrown or want to donate something new, your support ensures that local children, adults, and seniors stay cozy all winter long.

What We’re Collecting

We are accepting outerwear in all sizes—from toddlers to adults:

  • Heavy winter coats

  • Light jackets and windbreakers

  • Hoodies and raincoats

Note: Donations can be new or gently used. We kindly ask that all pre-loved items be clean, unstained, and in functional condition (working zippers and all buttons attached).

Drop-Off Location & Details

Donations can be dropped off at our central community location throughout the month of November:

  • Drop-Off Site: Welcome Center

  • Address: 450 2nd St, Cedar Key, FL 32625

  • Timing: November 2026

Give Warmth. Give Dignity. Give Local.

The Cedar Key Food Pantry works year-round to support local families across Levy County. The annual coat drive ensures that every member of our island community and surrounding area has access to quality cold-weather gear without financial stress.
