Mark your calendars and get ready to celebrate our island’s favorite fall tradition! The Cedar Key Seafood Festival returns on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18, 2026.
Organized and hosted by the Cedar Key Lions Club, this long-running gathering brings together everything that makes our town so special: incredible local food, handcrafted artisan goods, live music, and the true spirit of community.
What to Expect at the Festival
Whether you come every year or plan to attend for the first time, the festival offers two full days of coastal charm and coastal cuisine:
Fresh Local Seafood in City Park: Feast on locally harvested oysters, farm-raised clams, succulent shrimp, and other dishes prepared directly by local civic groups, nonprofits, and community cooks.
100+ Arts & Crafts Vendors: Browse 2nd Street as dozens of talented artists and craftsmen display unique handmade treasures, Floridiana, fine art, and coastal creations.
Live Music in the Park: Tap your toes to live musical performances by local artists playing right by the waterfront in City Park.

Celebrating Our Community
More than just a delicious weekend on the Gulf, the Cedar Key Seafood Festival is a celebration of resilience, local heritage, and neighborly pride. The food booths in the park serve as major annual fundraisers for Cedar Key School, churches, and volunteer groups, ensuring that every bite supports Cedar Key. Remember to bring your cash as the internet can be slow which makes credit cards hard to use!
Stay tuned for full schedules and announcements as we get closer to October!
